Active Agers

This will start on Wednesday 12th March.

If you're over 60, join us on Wednesdays for a morning of activities, light exercise and a chance to socialise with others.

Over the weeks we will have various activities on offer which may include cornhole, ladderball, boules, skittles, chess, checkers and more. There will also be the opportunity to take part in some age appropriate exercise.

The Sports Lab is easy accessible and has a bus stop outside the main doors.

We look forward to welcoming you and providing a safe space to be active and socialise with others.

Just drop in and bring £2. Light refreshments and hot drinks will be available.
